Bruce Hutchison has practiced litigation with Genest Murray since 1991. He acts on behalf of a variety of insurers in the defence of claims and actions involving school boards, solicitors, disability insurance, fire loss and transportation matters. In addition, his practice includes education and commercial litigation.

Bruce has received training as a fact finder and mediator. In this capacity he has received appointments in matters related to collective bargaining between teachers and school boards.

He is also co-editor of Risk Management in Canadian Education published by Butterworths.
